Kue Lumpur (Mud Cake) Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour, 500 grams
  • Potatoes, 250 grams, steamed, mashed
  • Coconut milk, 800-850 ml of a coconut
  • Butter / margarine, 250 grams, melted
  • Chicken eggs, 4 grains (250 grams)
  • Sugar, 250 grams
  • Salt, enough
  • Vanilla, to taste

How to make Mud Cake:
Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla, beat until whites (about 10 minutes). Enter the potatoes and stir well.
