Indonesian Food . Pepes Milkfish Spicy Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 1 tail of milkfish, remove scales and gills, cut into 3 parts
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 15 g basil leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- banana leaves for wrapping
Seasonings :
- 5 red chilies
- 3 cm turmeric
- 3 candle nut
- 4 pieces of garlic
- 2 pieces red onion
- 2 tsp salt
How to cook Spicy Seasoning Pepes Milkfish :
- Marinate the fish with lime juice, let stand for 30 minutes, remove and drain.
- Blend all the spices, mixed with fish, stir well.
- Take a sheet of banana leaf, put bay leaves and basil leaves, give it to the fish, then wrap with a stick pin. Steam for 30 minutes.
- Serve while still warm.
