Ingredients:
  • 1 tail of milkfish, remove scales and gills, cut into 3 parts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 15 g basil leaves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • banana leaves for wrapping

Seasonings :
  • 5 red chilies
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 3 candle nut
  • 4 pieces of garlic
  • 2 pieces red onion
  • 2 tsp salt

How to cook Spicy Seasoning Pepes Milkfish :
  • Marinate the fish with lime juice, let stand for 30 minutes, remove and drain.
  • Blend all the spices, mixed with fish, stir well.
  • Take a sheet of banana leaf, put bay leaves and basil leaves, give it to the fish, then wrap with a stick pin. Steam for 30 minutes.
