Gethuk Ubi Keju (Tuber Cheese Gethuk) Recipe
Ingredients:
- Yellow sweet potato, 500 grams, peeled, washed, cut into pieces
- Milk powder, 50 grams
- Refined sugar, 100 grams
- Esen vanilla, 1 / 2 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese / sheets, 100 grams
- Taste of red cherries, cut into small dice
How to make :
- Steam the potatoes until cooked and soft yellow. Lift.
- Mash potatoes while warm until smooth.
- Add other ingredients except cheese and cherries. Stir well.
- Roll out dough to a rectangle with 2-3 cm thick.
- Cut with cutter ring round shape.
